The colours on my digi-pack are only red and black. The reason why I chose to have the colour red and have the text on my digi-pak red is because red is the color of fire and blood, so it is associated with energy, danger, strength, power, determination as well as passion, desire, and love which could link to the lyrics of some of the songs. My artist is also associated to the words above as shes an independent female who is strong.
I chose the picture of my artist looking up as my album cover. The reason behind it is because her body language and the way shes looking up with her hands up as if shes praying shows my audience that the album will be intense.
The fact that in the picture you can see that my artist hasnt got any clothing on implies to my audience that she has stripped layers of charcters of herself and is at her most vulnerable state as all her emotions are out and has shared them with her fans/audience so that they can identify and relate.
The text on the album cover is minimal, there is only two words on the album which are written in red. Red is a very emotionally intense colour so it will give my audience the impression that the songs will be emotional and intense.
