I created a concert poster for my artist and tried to keep it as simple and classy as possible. The way I did this was using the colours black and red only. Not only does it match my digi-pack and my music video but its also bold colours that will attract my audiences attention
My poster follows the conventions of a concert poster as it has the concerts name and gives my audience a brief information with links that they can gain additional information from.
the shot of my artist takes up majority of the space on my poster which in turn makes us focus on her, fulfilling the element of star persona.
The reason why I chose this picture to put on my poster is because the artist is looking right at the auience so it will attract my audiences attention. Secondly, the fact that my artist is showing some skin is conventional within the genre of R&B which fits in.
